Solstice Grid

Solstice Grid is a self-initiated concept: an invented rooftop-solar developer proposing a zero-capex lease to an invented logistics park. The eight-slide proposal runs on a sunrise palette of deep indigo, solar yellow and orange. A half-sun logo, a dashed sun path for the timeline and panel-grid stat tiles carry the idea through. Unbounded's wide capitals give the numbers weight, and the value slide shows what the landlord, tenants and the park each gain.

Concept note: Solstice Grid and Ridgeway Logistics are invented, and this was not a client commission. Roof areas, generation, tariffs and savings are concept data flagged in the speaker notes. Tuas is used only as a place name.
